Caring in Bristol are recruiting for Corporate and Community Partnerships Fundraiser!
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)
Starting salary range: Band F1-3: £29,440 - £32,790 FTE, dependent on experience
Start date: September 2026 onwards
Reports to: Public Fundraising Manager
Location: Hybrid working, our office is located at 3 Pritchard Street, Bristol, BS2 8RH
Conditions: Employment is on the condition of a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Check (organised by us) and successful employment references.

About the Role
As our Corporate and Community Partnerships Fundraiser, you'll play a key role in growing income and support for Caring in Bristol. You'll develop and manage meaningful partnerships with businesses, community organisations and local people across Bristol, generating sustainable income and long-term support through corporates, community fundraising and events.
You will secure and manage corporate support through opportunities such as Charity of the Year partnerships, sponsorship and cause-related marketing. You will identify and develop new opportunities, while providing excellent stewardship and account management to existing supporters.
Alongside this, you will help grow our community fundraising programme, building relationships with schools, clubs, faith groups and other local organisations, and supporting individuals and groups to raise vital funds for Caring in Bristol through community fundraising and events.

We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic person who can build strong relationships and inspire businesses, community groups and individuals to support Caring in Bristol. You'll be comfortable networking, presenting to a range of audiences and turning conversations into lasting support. With a passion for fundraising and a drive to grow income, you'll help develop our corporate and community fundraising programmes and build support for our work across Bristol.
