Job Description:
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent, with regular travel across Kent. Some homeworking hours will be considered after a successful probation period.
Salary: £30,000-£34,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
Hours: 37 per week including occasional out of hours working
DBS: Enhanced with Children’s Barred List check

We’re looking for an inspiring, experienced and compassionate manager to lead and develop our specialist CYP service across Swale and Maidstone. You’ll manage a growing team, delivering child-centred support to children and young people affected by domestic abuse. You’ll have the opportunity to shape services, strengthen partnerships and ensure that children and young people receive safe, high-quality and impactful support when they need it most. With a positive and proactive attitude, your work will make a lasting difference to the lives of families experiencing domestic abuse.
We’d love to hear from you if you have experience of developing and managing projects with CYP, and have experience of working in a trauma-informed way. Ideally, you’ll have a good understanding of domestic abuse and family dynamics, and experience of managing a growing team.
