Finance Manager - Spinal Injuries Association

The Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Finance and Operations team at an exciting stage in the charity’s development.

Salary: £52,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
Location: SIA House, Milton Keynes – hybrid working, with 50% office based

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the Finance Manager will lead the day-to-day financial management of the association, ensuring robust financial controls, insightful reporting and effective support for decision-making across the organisation.

The role will include producing management accounts, forecasts and financial analysis; supporting budget holders; leading budgeting and reforecasting; improving finance systems and processes; and contributing to SIA’s long-term financial sustainability.

SIA is looking for someone with strong financial management experience, including monthly and annual accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. You will need to be a fully or part-qualified accountant (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Charity finance experience, including SORP and payroll, is also essential.
