Position: Legacy Relationship Executive
Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid
Hours: Full Time 36.5 Hours
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30,874

About the Role
Are you someone who genuinely enjoys being on the phone, building rapport quickly and having meaningful conversations every day? We're looking for a highly motivated, target-driven individual to help grow future legacy income. In this rewarding role, you'll speak with some of our most loyal and long-standing supporters, inspiring them to consider leaving a gift in their Will and nurturing relationships with those who have already expressed an interest in doing so.
You'll have the opportunity to have genuine conversations with supporters who are passionate about this work, thank them for their incredible commitment, and help them understand the lasting impact their legacy could have on generations of children.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong, meaningful relationships with long-standing supporters.
- Contacting supporters who have expressed an interest in leaving a gift in their Will and guiding them through the next steps.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to increase legacy pledges and future income.
- Delivering an exceptional supporter experience through regular engagement and stewardship.
- Thanking supporters for their loyalty and keeping them informed about the impact of their support.
- Achieving and exceeding agreed contact, conversion and pledge targets.
- Recording supporter interactions accurately and maintaining high-quality supporter data.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines empathy with ambition and is motivated by achieving results while making a genuine difference.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, fundraising, sales, account management, customer service or a relationship-focused role.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, with a warm and professional telephone manner.
- Resilience, determination and the tenacity to maintain high levels of outbound calling activity.
- A proven ability to work towards and achieve performance targets.
- Excellent listening and influencing skills.
- A genuine enjoyment of speaking with people and building relationships over the telephone.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written English and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Your role will help ensure these valued supporters feel appreciated, connected and inspired, while also securing future funding that will enable World Vision to continue transforming children's lives for years to come.
